At Total Package, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: all 50 states in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska.]
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $7 or "free for orders over $150.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days - $30.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 15 business days from the date you confirm and pay for your order. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected:
- Domestic: 21 business days.
- Note: Delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders: UPS, FedEx, DHL.
7. Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Orders@TP-LLC.COM or 866-944-7224.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ORDERS@TP-LLC.COM with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
